Our band had just played at Country Fest. It was 2am and we were exhausted otherwise there is NO WAY we would be even considered staying at this hotel.

This place also goes by AmeriVu Inn if you search on Yelp.

DO NOT STAY HERE - They falsely advertise, people are not friendly, it's not clean or safe. Here's the story of my experience -

I could see my breath in the hallways because there was no heat (in December!), and the heat had to be switched on in my room. I was charged an additional occupancy tax so $80.00 for one night in a motel that had zero extra amenities. Save yourself some money and spare the bad experience and drive a little further for a cheaper, better motel.

We also tried to offer some compensation to the owner (Sam) but certainly not willing to pay the full rate we agreed to, when nothing we agreed to was provided. Sam then became hostile and threatening on the phone. They also think that they did their due diligence of customer service because they came to us an hour after all of the hassle of getting sheets, pillow (just 1) and a cot and said they had another room they were trying to get figured out and it is our fault for not taking them up on that offer. Mind you, its is now 3AM and we were trying to get a little bit of rest so that we wouldn't fall asleep at the wheel on the way home, but my question there is, why wasn't that offered an hour earlier when the initial concern regarding the state of the room was brought up?? I honestly think it was all a lie and it's clear that Sam the owner, doesn't own up to any of the issues and short comings of his establishment and is in fact, extremely hostile. Just stay away from this place! There are plenty of other hotels in the area that we've stayed at, where the experience was very positive.

We reserved a 2 queen bed room (only one bed was in our room), Table and chairs (no chairs), Parking Area View (We had no parking area view and this was important due to having our musical equipment with us), Coffee Maker in Room (there was none), Microwave (None) and Refrigerator (Broken/non-Functional), room didn't have sheets or blankets initially and they only had one pillow for 4 of us, it was dirty, smelled "off' (which they have tried to blame on us when we brought up the concern) and there was no garbage receptacle either. There was an actual hole in the door of our room that you could see in to our room from the hallway, about a half inch in size, we had to stuff a towel in. The reservation confirmation I received also states that out room would be held until 7am the morning after check in. We were able to make it there around 2am, but they did not have our room...even though we called ahead at 1:30 pm the day of check-in to let them know we won't get to the hotel until after midnight, but that we ARE coming, and to not give up our room. Again, even though the reservation states in writing they can't give up our room until 7am.

I stayed before it changed to Economy Lodge and it is a vast improvement and I was pleasantly surprised how much it has changed. Including the staff and rooms. I will definitely stay again.

it was very nice experience in this hotel. very friendly manager and receptionist. the manager is doing lots of changes in hotel. The breakfast was very nice and warm. nice and comfort bed and very clean property. I will defiantly recommended to all my friends and family. it is very small town and we reached at around 11.00 pm and the manager cook pizza for us and I really appreciate to him. I would love to visit again this place.

Nice and clean hotel. very fare price for stay .many things has been updated. the owner/manager is very nice . he give us nice service and made a pizza for us at about 10 pm. the staff is very friendly and make me feel like home. i would defiantly recommend to my friends and family.
